October 27 2010 - Day 299

OUCH! Housework is bad for your health... really! I was hurrying to bring up a basket of laundry to fold and totally didn't see the OPEN door on the dishwasher. I did a spectacular trip over it. If it were an Olympic event I would have gotten at least a 9.3 I'm just glad I didn't break my arm... that's a tough way to get out of housework.

August 08 2010 - Day 219

I spent a good few hours today totally cleaning out the fridge, tossing stuff and taking out all the racks/baskets and scrubbing them. Love the sparkly clean fridge, looks like new. What where you expecting, another cat picture? ;)

March 26 2010 - Day 85

I did our taxes today.

They give me a headache.

I used a distortion filter on this to show how I felt afterwards, lol...

That's my honey :) He's hard at work putting in the flooring in the basement/studio. It's going to look AWESOME! Thanks babe. I really do appreciate you doing this for me.

Feb 08 2010 - Day 39

Laundry day. WHY do I let the laundry build up so much. It's really not like it's that difficult to do, throw it in the washer, switch it to the dryer and fold it and ..... aha! That's what it is! I dislike (hate is such a strong word) putting away the clothes. Perhaps if I (and my family) could get rid of some stuff that we just never wear it would be easier to find room for everything... perhaps tomorrow...

Maybe my picture of the day will be bags of clothing to give away??? A girl can dream can't she?

Feb 06 2010 - Day 37

I love the weekend. It's a great time to relax as well as get some chores done around the house. Here's hubby hard at work making sure the hot tub is functioning properly (wink). One of our favorite things to do on the weekend is to get up fairly early and take a carafe of coffee out to the hot tub and soak and sip and chat. Bliss :D

Ahhh :) There is nothing like my favorite fresh clean sheets just before a nap. I just LOVE these tan tone-on-tone EGYPTIAN cotton 600 thread count sheets from Quilts Etc. They just get softer and cozier each time you wash them. It just makes me want to snuggle right in. Perhaps I'll go do that now :)
